For long-term rentals (min. 4 weeks) we provide a 10% price reduction.
Terms:
In order to coordinate your desired arrival and departure days with the flight schedules we will be pleased to hold your initial reservation for 48 hours. Please pay a deposit of 60% of the total rent immediately after your final confirmation to the account mentioned bellow. We will then confirm the receipt of your payment.
Please pay the remaining balance of 40% in cash when checking in to your apartment.
A security deposit is required and is payable in cash on arrival and will be returned at the end of your stay. Apartment for 2 persons € 100,-/ Penthouse € 300.-/ Whole Villa € 500,-
On arrival day the apartment will be at your disposal from 16:00 hrs onward. On day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. so that we may get it ready for the next guest in time.
