The spacious penthouse is situated on top first floor with a fantastic panoramic view over the ocean the tropical garden and the sea water pool. Approximately  130m² + 42m² terrace, living room, dining room large kitchen with utility room and washing machine, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms  and 3 WCs.

The cosy living room is  furnished with Satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo set. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave oven,  fridge/ freezer and a dish wasching machine and is open to the living and dining area. Adjoining is an utility room. The seaward front ends with a 40 sqm partly covered terrace that is reached through two separate large sliding glass doors.

First bedroom is fully furnished with a king size bed, bathroom is ensuite. The second bedroom is fully furnished with two beds, bathroom is ensuite. The third bedroom is also fully furnished with two beds af equal size.

Each bathroom is equiped with a wash basin, bath tub, seperate shower, bidet and WC. Because both bathrooms  have windows, they are bright and friendly. Hand and shower towels are provided for 6 persons. A safe will be at your disposal.

The views from the large terrace are unrivalled and stretch as far as the eye can see, with the island of 'La Gomera' directly in front. You may even see shoals of dolphins while relaxing in your deck chair.
