Located in the southwest coast of Tenerife, in the small village Playa de la Arena next to Los Gigantes, about 40min. from the airport (Tenerife south). The house is located at “Punta Negra”, a well known coastal residential quarter. In the villa there are three apartments to let (maximum for 10 persons).
Aptm. 1 - for 1-2 pers. (ground floor right) Aptm. 2 - for 1-2 pers. (ground floor left) Aptm. 3 - for up to 6 pers. (first floor) The value and the fascinating location right on the Atlantic Ocean are unique.
Tropical Garden
Immediately in front of the apartments is a delightful sea water swimming pool that is heated during the winter month. Generously dimensioned steps lead all the way to the bottom of the pool. At night the lights of several underwater spotlights make the pool sparkle like a jewel in its dreamlike seaside setting. The tropical garden offers a peaceful environment for your complete relaxation and underlines the elegant appearance of the property. You are invited to place your deckchair into any desired spot in the garden.
You are not limited to the terrace; find your own favourite location! The striking closeness to the sea gives you a feeling of being amidst the ocean. The inhale of salty sea breezes day and night increases perceivably your breathing Volume and is equivalent to take a cure.
Uninterrupted panoramic view over the sea to the facing island of “La Gomera”. Passing fishing boats accompanied by flights of seagulls, yachts and shoals of dolphins provide never ending diversion. Impressive sunsets will make your holiday unforgettable.
