Approx. 45m² + 10m² terrace, living room- kitchen, 1 bedroom with adjoining bathroom (large shower), seperate WC; pool and garden area.

The lounge is adequately furnished offering Sky TV and Video. For guests who prefer self- catering, the kitchen is equiped with hot plates, a microwave- oven with a grill and a refrigerator.  Coffeemachine, Toaster, glasses and dishes are provided in each appartement.

The bedroom is fully furnished and has a king- size bed. The bathroom is fitted with a handwash basin, a large shower area and in addition there is a washing maschine. The WC is seperate. Fresh hand and shower towels for 2 persons are provided.

The cleaning of the appartement as well as the exchange of the bed- linen, hands and shower towel will be once a week and is included in the price. A safe is at your disposal.

Appartement 1 and appartement 2 can be joined by a connecting door.
